Wabo Terms and Conditions — Platform User Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and wabo ("Company", "we"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the wabo.bio website, the wabo mobile app, and all related services provided by wabo (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using Wabo's services in any way, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or organization, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To use the wabo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

• Not a Wabo employee: wabo employees, agents, direct service providers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to open player accounts.

To enjoy the full wabo experience, you need to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and an active phone number.

• One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of these Terms.

• Reporting unauthorized access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the Wabo support team immediately.

Wabo reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason, at the company's sole discretion.

• Final results: All game results are final once a round is completed. Wabo's server records serve as the primary reference in any dispute regarding game outcomes.
• Technical failure: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, wabo will review the records and take fair action. Bets affected by system disruptions may be voided or refunded depending on the situation.
• Fraud detection: The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Wabo users are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner in all interactions on the platform. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• Hacking attempts, system intrusion, or any activity that may compromise platform security
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or falsification of information during the KYC process or in communications with support
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions
• Engaging in money laundering or illicit financing activities through the platform
• Launching any form of cyberattack against Wabo's infrastructure

Violation of any of the above conduct rules may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and/or appropriate legal action.

Wabo takes user privacy seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are fully governed by Privacy Policy ours, which form an integral part of these Terms.

• Data collection: We collect data necessary for account management, transaction processing, legal compliance, and improving user experience.
• Data security: All personal data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers in accordance with industry standards.
• Data sharing: Wabo does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with parties necessary for service operations or to comply with legal requirements.

Continued use of the wabo platform after the effective date of any term changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the amendments made, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
